Other Disclosure

• Step Disclosure: This is a 3 stories townhome building, you need to be very comfortable with stairs
• AC disclosure : There are 3 mini split AC in 3 bedrooms. However, there is no AC on the 1sf floor (Living room and kitchen). Fans are provided.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
• We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via Airbnb app.
