*. Steps disclosure: This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 3 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: 2 mini split AC.  One in the top floor master bedroom. The other mini split AC is in living room on the 1st floor. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms.  
*. Noise disclosure: The house is on the road; you may hear car noise occasionally. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. 
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). The heating was excellent especially appreciated during the cold and rainy weather and the vent system on the floor kept the place warm and cozy.\n\nThe only downside, which was clearly disclosed in the listing description, is the OUTSIDE NOISE it was a lot and very noticeable. The property is on a VERY BUSY street and next to an airport, so you do hear a lot of traffic and plane noise. When large planes fly by, the windows can rumble, and they are not soundproof/double pane.
