Before arrival, we were asked to pay $105 through a third-party app to check in just 1hr early. This felt inconsistent with the price point and set an uncomfortable tone.

During our three-week stay, the microwave, smart lock, and garbage disposal stopped working, and we experienced an ant infestation. Most of the towels were ratty, and the sheets were plastic-y. 

Most concerning was visible black mold around multiple windows. Due to health concerns, we documented the issues and ultimately moved out early. Our request to shorten the stay was not accommodated.

The home has a lot of potential, but it needs significant maintenance, cleaning and upgrades to meet expectations." (6/5)
