*. Steps disclosure: This is a 4 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 4 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: 1 window AC on top floor in the master bedroom. 1 window AC on the 2nd floor in the living room. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms. 
*. Garage parking: Garage parking is rare in downtown Seattle. However, only a compact size of car could fit in the garage. Big size car can't fit.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. 
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.

The home itself was great as well. Very cozy and cute. The only thing I could have missed in the description or photos but worth noting is that the downstairs bed is not actually in a room but more in what could be a 2nd living room. Also, there is no bedroom door to the master bedroom and a glass door to the master bath so it definitely lacks privacy. The master is on the 3rd floor all to itself so as long as everyone knows not to come upstairs you are a-ok. 

Overall, I would recommend and would rent again should we return to the Seattle area." (8/5)
