If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer parking spaces in the front of the house. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home.

*. Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcomed at $100 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll bring any pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. Maximum 2 pets and 40lb /each.
*. Pet policy: This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

We booked Allens place for its location in proximity to my mom who also lives in Shorline. The house is really quaint with an Awesome attic conversion into 2 small bedrooms upstairs, GREAT for kids! MY son LOVED the wooden room with the knook in the wall for the bed, he was very comfy up there! I was very comfy in the house, the kitchen was great, we cooked several nights each week. My bed was VERY comfortable and my brother and his wife enjoyed the larger bed in the main bedroom. We spent a majority of our time in the house working remotely, then spent evenings visiting with my mom. So I will say that extended time in the house can be difficult unless Allen upgrades the furniture in the main room a little bit. Also, while the "Game Room" seemed like a nice distraction, its nothing more than a converted garage with one foosball game that is flimsy and not worth attempting a rigorous game of foosball on! And a picnic table for board games! Overall a great stay! Worth every dime!
Great place and location. Clean and all essentials provided. Easy access to public transportation. Would definitely stay there again.
Great stay for our family! Convenient location for commuting to Seattle, excellent communication, and comfortable rooms. We’d definitely stay again, also a great spot for local hikes and getting around.
