*. AC Disclosure：The house features 3 mini split AC in total.  1 AC in the living room and the other 2 AC units in both bedrooms in the upper level. There is no AC in the lower level. 

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day. 

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

  You can walk down to a park to see a beautiful view of the downtown skyline and the Sound and the beach is just down the hill. It’s a gorgeous place to walk. 
  There are good restaurants in west Seattle and most things you would need are within a few blocks. 
 You are close to all the fun downtown stuff without having to be downtown! The water taxi is great to take and you can drive to most things in 15-20 minutes. 
 The place is clean, the host is very responsive, polite,  and very helpful. 
  We had a fabulous visit here.
